  • Absolutely! We specialize in handling large-scale events and have the expertise, equipment, and crew to ensure your event runs flawlessly.  Whether it's a mult-day conference, a large corporate gala, or an extensive live production, our team is equipped to manage the complexity and demands of big events.

  • Yes. We offer full-service AV production for virtual or live-streaming events and meetings, including support for platforms like Zoom and Teams.

  • We accept checks, ACH, Zelle, and Credit Card Payments.  There is a 3% processing fee for CC Transactions. 

  • We serve Los Angeles, CA, all of Southern California and beyond!  We will travel for larger events, so please reach out if your location is not listed below!

Planning

  • As soon as possible.  The earlier you book the AV, the more time you have to finalize all the planning.  Waiting until the last minute to book your AV also puts you at risk of not finding an adequate company to work with that can meet your needs and products satisfactory results.

  • No.  Choosing an outside AV company over in-house teams offers superior expertise, cutting-edge technology, and more transparent, often lower costs because they specialize in AV production and aren't subject to venue-driven markups or limited equipment. This ensures a more customized, professional, and reliable event experience focused entirely on your success.

Production

  • It is not always necessary to have additional lighting for your event, such as if the venue already has adequate lighting or it’s outside in the daylight. However, effective lighting ensures your presenters and performers are clearly seen, your content is highlighted, and it transforms a space to evoke the desired mood – from intimate and elegant to energetic and dynamic – ultimately elevating the entire attendee experience and making your event truly memorable and impactful.

  • Soundchecks and rehearsals are vital for event success, as they allow us to fine-tune audio levels, prevent technical issues, and ensure every word is heard clearly. This dedicated time also helps presenters feel comfortable and confident on stage, leading to more impactful deliveries and a truly polished, professional event.

  • Yes.  We have extensive experience providing expert AV for hybrid and virtual events.

  • Typically, yes.  Unless we have done events at the venue before and are very familiar with the layout.
